4. Entry and participation in the Promotion is dependent on the entrant acting in accordance with the below terms.
5. The Promotion will commence at 12.00PM NZT on Friday 22nd October 2021 and will close at 11.59pm NZT on Sunday 24th October 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).

To enter, eligible entrants must tag a friend and be following the @thegoodpethome and @ashleyandcosociety Instagram accounts from their personal Instagram account by 11.59pm Sunday 24th October 2021. 7. You understand that the entry point occurs when you comment on the competition Instagram post with an eligible response by tagging two friends.

16. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

18. This is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries by The Good Pet Home
19. Winners will be announced on The Good Pet Home NZ’s Instagram page on Monday 25th October 2021.
20. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners via private message. If for any reason the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner within 36 hours then the winner will forfeit the Prize and another winner may be drawn on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
21. The prize winner should allow up to 10 days from the draw for the delivery of the prize.
22. No Prize or Give Away is transferable (except as permitted in these terms & conditions) or redeemable for cash.
23. Winners names may be published via social media channels.
24.
