THE GOOD PET HOME is a luxury pet boutique. We provide a curated selection of aesthetic, trendy and functional pet accessories that will look good in your home. In addition to THE GOOD PET HOME brand, we source brands from all over the world to offer you the best of the best for your best friend.
Where are you located?
THE GOOD PET HOME is a small business proudly owned and operated in Aotearoa / New Zealand. We call Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland home.
What brands do you stock?
THE GOOD PET HOME is proud to stock brands from all over the globe, including local Kiwi brands which include Ashley & Co, Smith & Burton, Thirsty Dog Bottle. We are proud to support our Aussie friends with brands such as St Argo, Dog by Dr Lisa, Frank Green & Harlow Harry. In addition to this, we have also carefully curated a selection of European brands including MiaCara, Cheshire & Wain, Hiro + Wolf and Bowl&Bone Republic.
What payment methods do you accept?
THE GOOD PET HOME is an online store that ensures a safe and secure payment gateway. We accept most payment methods (including Afterpay, Credit & Debit cards) and we will never store your credit card details.
How long will it take for my online order to arrive? (New Zealand)
All online orders are processed, packaged and sent out for delivery from our central Auckland base in 24-48 hours.. Depending on your location in New Zealand, you can expect your order to arrive safely on your doorstep within 3 – 4 business days. Please note, deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional day or two to arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
THE GOOD PET HOME currently delivers within New Zealand and internationally to Australia, USA, Canada & Singapore.
