Returns Policy

The Good Pet Home cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully. 

RETURNING AN ITEM

Firstly, thank you for purchasing from The Good Pet Home, we are sorry that your item did not work out. 

Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition .  If you intend to return an item: 

  • Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached. 
  • Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used. 
  • The Good Pet Home cannot accept returns on any perishable goods (food products) and custom-made orders.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase.   

Items must be returned to The Good Pet Home within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.  

The Good Pet Home does not refund any shipping costs.  The cost of the shipping on a returned item will be your responsibility unless the item sent is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by The Good Pet Home. 

For international orders, The Good Pet Home will not take any responsibility for damaged products in transit or wrongly ordered products.  All shipping and sales taxes will not be refunded.  Please choose carefully before ordering. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

EXCHANGES

You can make your exchange request to hello@thegoodpethome.com   

The Good Pet Home does not refund any shipping costs.  The exchanged item will be sent once the returned product has been received.  Upon receipt of the exchange, if the item is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by The Good Pet Home, the return shipping will be refunded providing a copy of the shipping receipt is provided. 

Please keep in mind that exchange requests are subject to availability and items cannot be secured for exchanges. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and help to resolve.
