Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.  Please choose carefully.

If you're unhappy about your order for any reason, it can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition.  We will refund or exchange the product to the value of the price it was purchased at, providing we have received the product within 14 days and you have processed your request within 7 days of making your purchase.  Returns or exchanges outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.  We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used.

Please ensure you check all goods upon receipt for any damage.  You can make your request to hello@thegoodpethome.com  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  The cost of the return shipping and shipping on an exchanged item will be your responsibility unless the item sent was incorrect or is faulty.  The exchanged item will be sent once the returned product has been received and any additional costs paid. 

For international orders, THE GOOD PET HOME™ will not take any responsibility for damaged products in transit or wrongly ordered products.  All shipping and sales taxes will not be refunded.  Please choose carefully before ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
