The D'Bacca 169 set offers the perfect two-step solution for grooming your beloved dog. The conditioning pet shampoo will keep your dog soft and cuddly, while the brush will make them feel revitalised and pampered.

Shampoos are paraben-free, sulphate-free, SLS-free, silicone-free, MCI/MI-free, formaldehyde-free, vegan, pH balanced for dogs, and free of toxins, harmful ingredients and are vet and groomer-approved, and puppy friendly.

All The Good Pet Home orders are sent via courier to ensure delivery direct to your door. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Please allow approximately 4-6 days for delivery on in stock items. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an approximate delivery date at which time you can accept or cancel your order.
The Good Pet Home offers free shipping on standard orders over $100 **
For all orders under $100 a $8 courier delivery rate will apply to the North Island with a $12 courier delivery rate to the South Island.

Returns Information
You can make your return or refund request to hello@thegoodpethome.com
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase.
Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition . If you intend to return an item:
- Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached.
- Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used.
- The Good Pet Home cannot accept returns on any perishable goods (food products) and custom-made orders.
Items must be returned to The Good Pet Home within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.
The Good Pet Home does not refund any shipping costs. The cost of the shipping on a returned item will be your responsibility unless the item sent is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by The Good Pet Home.
The Good Pet Home cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully.
