The Vacanza Weekender is the ideal dog travel set and is just right as a set with the Bottiglia water bottle and the Bento travel bowls and food container for a long weekend adventure with your dog.
With compartments and elastic straps to hold a water bottle, toy, or other dog accessories, the Vacanza dog travel carrier makes traveling easy. Made mostly from 100% recycled PET, this stylish dog travel set is extra durable and wipeable both inside and out. Wet travel bowls or used toys can be stored in a separate waterproof compartment.

Care

NEW ZEALAND
All The Good Pet Home orders are sent via courier to ensure delivery direct to your door. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Please allow approximately 4-6 days for delivery on in stock items. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an approximate delivery date at which time you can accept or cancel your order.
The Good Pet Home offers free shipping on standard orders over $100 **
For all orders under $100 a $8 courier delivery rate will apply to the North Island with a $12 courier delivery rate to the South Island.
For special order and pre-order items, we anticipate shipping times to be approximate 8 weeks depending on the product and supplier and we will update you on the progress of your order which you can cancel any time prior up until to the final dispatch date.
** Please note bulky heavy items may exclude this offer. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, this will show at checkout in your cart.
AUSTRALIA
The Good Pet Home will ship items under 2kg to Australia via NZ Post, FedEx or DHL.
AU$20 tracked and traced courier economy is approximately 10 - 14 working days or AU$35 trace and traced courier is approximately 3 - 5 working days.
For bulky, heavy items over 2kg we may contact you after you've placed your order with additional freight charges. An additional AU$35 shipping charge may be required and we will provide you a quote in this instance. Should you decide not to proceed with the additional cost, you may cancel your order.
NORTH AMERICA
The Good Pet Home will ship items under 2 kg to the United States of America via NZ Post, DHL or FedEX.
US$35 track and traced courier is approximately 10 - 14 working days.
For bulky, heavy items over 2kg we may contact you after you've place your order with additional freight charges. There may be an additional charge to the shipping charge and after providing a quote should you decide not to pay the additional cost, you may cancel the order.
Returns
You can make your return or refund request to admin@thegoodpethome.com
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be returned to The Good Pet Home within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14-day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.
The Good Pet Home does not refund any shipping costs. The cost of the shipping on a returned item will be your responsibility unless the item sent is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by The Good Pet Home.
For international orders, The Good Pet Home will not take any responsibility for damaged products in transit or wrongly ordered products. All shipping and sales taxes will not be refunded. Please choose carefully before ordering.
