Play is an important part of any cat’s day (and sometimes night, too!). Give your cat the gift of the beautiful, natural Globo Cat Toy.

Globo cat ball toys are made by hand with great care and attention to detail. Each cat toy is made from 100% natural felt wool from New Zealand. The special size and carefully chosen material allows your cat to grab the play balls with its claws and encourage it to chase, catch and play.

The natural felt wool is a particularly beautiful and high-quality material, as it is both heat-resistant, water/dirt-repellent and easy to clean. This means that dirt can be brushed out very easily.

The Globo felt cat ball toys are available in four different colour sets. As a natural product that is made by hand, slight colour differences and deviations may occur.

All The Good Pet Home orders are sent via courier to ensure delivery direct to your door. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Please allow approximately 4-6 days for delivery on in stock items. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an approximate delivery date at which time you can accept or cancel your order.

The Good Pet Home offers free shipping on standard orders over $100 **

For all orders under $100 a $8 courier delivery rate will apply to the North Island with a $12 courier delivery rate to the South Island.

Returns Information

You can make your return or refund request to hello@thegoodpethome.com

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase.

Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition . If you intend to return an item:

Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached.
Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used.
The Good Pet Home cannot accept returns on any perishable goods (food products) and custom-made orders.

Items must be returned to The Good Pet Home within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.

The Good Pet Home does not refund any shipping costs. The cost of the shipping on a returned item will be your responsibility unless the item sent is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by The Good Pet Home.

The Good Pet Home cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully.
